A business analysis is a common result of a consultation. When it comes to our business analysis process, we always start with the data to provide the solution.
Depending on the client, a business analysis may produce a DC optimization, such as a layout, blueprint, or take design. However, it could also produce be a network design, a graphical network of carriers, a freight network.
